Tenders and Expressions of Interest

The Local Government Act 1993 and Local Government (General) Regulations 2015 outline how Councils need to manage their procurement activities to ensure fairness and transparency. They also ensure there is adequate opportunity for suppliers to bid, be awarded and engage with Councils in Tasmania.

Current tenders and expressions of interest are advertised below:

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the reconstruction of 161 metres of Pearl Court, Dodges Ferry from the intersection of Whitefoord Parade together with the existing cul-de-sac.

Tenders will be accepted up until 2:00pm on Monday 24 November 2025.

Request for Tender – Pearl Court Reconstruction – C-26-T-002

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified consultants, or multidisciplinary teams, to prepare a comprehensive Structure Plan for the Southern Beaches area which comprises of the villages of Lewisham, Dodges Ferry, Carlton, Carlton River and Primrose Sands within the Sorell municipal area.

The Structure Plan will coordinate the strategic direction for land use, infrastructure, environmental management and place-making decisions across these villages, providing an integrated response to future growth and change.

Tenders will be accepted up until 2:00pm on Friday 28 November 2025.
