Copping Community Hall AGM
Copping Hall & Reserves Committee are having their Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 22 October at 7.00pm at the Hall. The meeting is open to members of the public to attend and all are welcome.
The facility is managed by a volunteer group of community members who form a Special Committee of Council. Expressions of Interest are invited from people interested in being a member of this Hall Committee.
Objectives of the Committee are to:
- To ensure that the respective facilities are managed in the best interests of the community and Sorell Council.
- To promote and encourage the use of the facilities.
- To co-ordinate the hiring process for use of the facilities.
- To advise Sorell Council of all general maintenance requirements, and to assist in meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.
